I started making pizza at the age of 13 in a famous pizzeria in the north of Italy,
I felt like home almost immidietly, it was hard work but I was learning from the best so I was extremely happy. When I became good I got the chance to make my first dough, the one they call Romana style.
The years started to go and my boss wanted to leave the restaurant and open a Napolitan style pizzeria. he asked if I wanted to come with him and I did, from that moment I really started to love making pizza,
I became very fast, I learned about the best products, and everyday I made the amazing dough for the restaurant. When I was working I always tried to find new ways to make a dough and after many years I found the special way to do it,
Its something between Roman and Napolitan style pizza, But I wanted more with pizza so I decided to start competing. the best decision in my life, In 2017 I won the best pizza in sweden ( signature) and in 2019 I won the best pizzabagare.
Now i'm in the jury of pizza champione cup and it was time to open something for myself, Ponte & simone
